Another busy day for Curiad Calon Lleol - Local Heartbeat - Two more Defibrillators installed today, one in the Caban Brynrefail and the other at Y Ganolfan Llanberis..

Caban - Brynrefail
Curiad Calon Lleol - Local Heartbeat have been working with the community of Brynrefail for the last few months and the first of 2 Defibrillators was installed there today.

Y Ganolfan - Llanberis
Curiad Calon Lleol - Local Heartbeat has been assisting Y Ganolfan in the purchase and instal of a Defibrillator for the community of Llanberis.
Thank you to the Ganolfan for fully funding the Defibrillator, Cabinet and installation which is available for the whole community in an emergency.


The Defibrillator for both locations are located near the main entrances within alarmed cabinets, under the watchful eye of CCTV.
In an emergency call 999, the ambulance service will assist you in the rescue and if required the code of the cabinets will be given to you to gain access to the Defibrillator.

Although training is not required to use the equipment, basic life support and defib familiarisation sessions will be scheduled for the community and run by Curiad Calon Lleol - Local Heartbeat FREE of charge.
